Initial Review

This is carried out free of charge on our receiving an application and business summary and is usually followed by a conferece call between the client, the introducer and ourselves.

Expenses

An expense deposit is payable on acceptance of our engagement letter following which we immediately commence contact and negotiation with suitable investor/s . We regularly report with investor details and progress throughout the process to funding .

Placement Commission ( Success Fee )

Success commission varies according to difficulty, risk and size of each project and is payable only at funding and is based on the amount of capital raised.
